Hiver is hiring an Android Developer

Do you want to join an exciting early stage start-up into the geolocation space? Are you an expert Android developer with strong object-oriented skills? Do you eat, sleep and drink Bluetooth technologies? Are you motivated by working in a fast-paced dynamic environment? Hiver is looking for an Android developer to join our budding technology team.

Technical Specifications
* Expert Android developer in Java with strong object-oriented design skills. 
* Experience in developing rich mobile application UIs. 
* Knowledge of the Bluetooth Smart specification (BLE), as well as iBeacon, Eddystone protocols. 
* Source Control Management, e.g. git, svn, mercurial or commercial equivalent. 
* Other skills: RESTful APIs, JSON, Realm framework.

Culture and Personality
* Willing to work hard but also have fun
* Good sense of humor 
* Entrepreneurial spirit 
* An appetite to achieve great things

It uses advanced geolocation technology together with powerful analytics to identify and automatically remember each interaction you have (which is great if you're prone to forgetting names) so that you can connect with people and follow up effectively.

Our story (so far)
Hiver is founded by executive MBA graduates of the London Business School (LBS) and University of London PhD, who researched and tested the venture through several classes and, in the process won three awards. In September 2015, Hiver was accepted into the London Business School and Deloitte Incubator.
